Athletic Development

PHASE 1

This program is designed to create an athletic foundation for the athlete in a fun, focused and positive training environment. We will
focus on creating efficient movement patterns while increasing movement awareness and motor coordination. We will use this program to establish the building blocks on which speed, power and
agility will be built off of, resulting in increasing overall athleticism and a more complete player to compete optimally in their sports unique
movement and conditioning requirements.

PHASE 2

Once we have created solid foundation of proper movement patterns, conditioning, core strength and mobility. We will transition into focusing on change of direction, acceleration, and power training.
While working on developing flexibility to combat physical growth issues, as well as enhancing speed, strength, power, agility & stamina.
